Ingredients
Glass : 390 ml poco grande glass
Mixers : 2 teaspoon instant coffee
scoop vanila ice cream
120 ml milk
Method : blend with ice and pour
Garnish : teaspoon chocolate flakes
Comments : a luscious, thick glass of iced coffee flavour with just a hint of sweetness

Bobby booze buster


Ingredients
Glass : 290 ml Poco grande glass
Mixers : 1/2 banana
30 ml coconut cream
50 ml apple juice
scoop vanilla ice cream
sprinkle cinnamon
Method : blend wiyh ice and pour
Garnish : apple wedge and cinammon stick
Comments : a very refreshing slighty bitter sweet drink

Bobby Dazzler


Ingredients
Glass : 290 ml poco grande glass
Mixers : 60 ml Grenadine
200 ml Cola
Whipped cream
Hundreds and thousands
Method : blend grenadine with ice and pour
Garnish : pour into glass, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with hundred and thousands, place strawberry on side and serve with swizzle stick and straw
