Blushing Berry


Ingredients
Glass : 260 ml margarita glass
Mixers : 150 ml milk
60 ml raspberry cordial
60 ml whipped cream
15 ml coconut milk
frozen raspberries
Method : blend with ice raspberry cordial, coconut milk, milk and whipped cream
Garnish : place frozen raspberries around rim
Comments : created by mary jane porta of termo, albury and was a finalist in the best border beverage competition

Ben play lunch

Ingredients
Glass : 330 ml hi ball glass
Mixers : 1 ripe banana
3 tablespoons crushed pineapple
60 ml coconut cream
60 ml tropical fruit juice
15 ml lemon juice
Method : blend with ice and pour
Garnish : desiccated coconut frosted glass, with optional decoration
Cooments : a thick fruity drink to assist your primate instincts
