Glass : 290 ml Poco grande glass
Mixers : 1/2 banana
30 ml coconut cream
50 ml apple juice
scoop vanilla ice cream
sprinkle cinnamon
Method : blend wiyh ice and pour
Garnish : apple wedge and cinammon stick
Comments : a very refreshing slighty bitter sweet drink
