Glass: 200 ml old fashioned glass

Mixers : 90 ml apple juice

30 ml orange juice

2 teaspoons honey

15 ml lime juice

Method : blend with sugar and strain

Garnish : sugar frosted apple slice

Comments : sweet nectar from the bee hive

Tablespoon passionfruit pulp
tablespoon crushed pineapple
15 ml lemon juice
Method : blend with ice and pour
Garnish : long pineapple wedge and optional decoration
